All day, everyday, travelers are able to contact us by phone and online to report new claims or check the status of existing claims. When calling, customers find average hold times of less than one minute. Our representatives are always respectful of the customer’s needs and concerns and employ the highest ethical standards while handling each situation.

For the utmost in convenience, travelers may report claims and review their claim status of previously reported claims online, if they choose to do so. Online reporting provides our customers with greater flexibility in submitting their claim and obtaining the appropriate claim forms.

Manage Claims
We don’t just wait for the customer to call us, we take action. The First Call Customer Care initiative provides personal telephone contact to claimants when there is a problem or issue with their claim. We call the customer to discuss our concerns personally, both to inform them of the situation and gather any additional information which may help us resolve the problem.
Global Xpi, is an Internet-based health information service, that allows you to easily store, access and update your medical information in a secure environment. Once you have registered, you will be issued a Global Xpi card that allows you to share your registered information with a treating physician, pharmacist or health care provider.

With your purchase of a Trip Mate administered travel protection plan, Global Xpi is available at no cost. This service will remain available to you for up to 90 days after your scheduled return date of your trip.
